This month, I’m excited to introduce the Cranberry Spritz, a delightful drink that celebrates the festive flavors of the winter season. This vibrant mocktail combines the tartness of cranberry juice with a hint of zesty orange and a bubbly splash of sparkling water. Sweetened just right and garnished with vibrant cranberries and aromatic rosemary, it’s a drink that looks as good as it tastes. Perfect for holiday parties, cozy nights by the fire, or just as a refreshing seasonal treat, this drink will keep everyone in a cheerful holiday spirit—all without alcohol!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • Top with lime soda water
  • Optional: 1 tsp rosemary (or plain) simple syrup
  • Garnish with sprig of fresh sugared rosemary & cranberries

Directions

  1. Dip a fresh rosemary sprig in water and roll in granulated sugar, then let it dry for a frosty effect.
  2. Fill a glass with ice, and mix the cranberry juice, orange juice, and lime soda water. For extra flavor, try using freshly squeezed orange juice—winter is the perfect time for juicy, ripe oranges!
  3. Top with fresh cranberries and your sugared rosemary garnish. Enjoy your festive Cranberry Spritz!
