
This granola recipe is a quick and easy recipe that will leave you with a great gluten-free and dairy-free go-to snack. You can even pair it with some yogurt for a yummy treat. This granola recipe will make roughly 12 servings at 1/4 cup each.

The Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of gluten-free quick oats
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1 cup of raw almonds
- 1 cup dried fruit (I like to use raisins or currants)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300°f
- Mix together everything except for the dried fruit in a bowl
- Place mixed ingredients on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Make sure that it is in one layer so it can cook evenly
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes
- Remove from oven, stir the granola on the sheet, and cook for roughly another 5-10 minutes or until it is golden brown
- Remove and let cool
- Add in dried fruit and enjoy!
